  • You called? 15 months out, no pre-op diet, 116 lbs down and still losing. It's hard work but it's happening.

  • I was 425 when I attended my first seminar. I was 375 the day of my surgery. I'm 347 today 1 month after surgery.

  • Not a single one. I was 414 at my highest weight, 412 day of surgery. Walked in recovery, tolerated all foods. No pain, gas, vomiting or nausea. Incisions heeled fine. Zero complaints.

Awesome that's amazing! Any complications at all!

I'm in that club :/.

At first I was pretty much dead set on the bypass and not the sleeve. I was slowly convinced by all the success stories.

Glad to hear :) I'm so scared my surgeon is gonna say bypass and no sleeve -

. My doctor rarely does a bypass anymore... They have such a huge success with the sleeve. I guess it all depends on the surgeon.

My high weight was 421, and I'm now at 271… 150 pounds down and I'm not stopping here!

WLS taught me to take care of myself and that is why I know I'm not done losing.

I'm doing the hard healing work to take advantage of this amazing blessing (my sleeve).

Best of luck to you!
