Hi i had the gastric sleeve 3 1/2 months ago. When i eat i spit up and sometimes i also spit up my water i called my docror and he said u wasnt sure what it could be and gave me an appointment in 1month. I need help or any tips thanks!

What's your daily diet?

In the morning i eat to egg whites and if i get hungry ill eat an apple or a carrot thrn at night i eat chicken or beef and thats it

Are you chewing well and eating slowly? I would callback and ask to get an appointment sooner.

Yea i do and eat really slow and ive talked to the dr. And his nurse and they wont move my appointment they say they want me to get an x-ray but wont move my appointment
