Started 14 day pre-op

I started my 14 day pre-op today and boy is it harder than i thought. I have made a lot of changes since i began my journey to my surgery day and i have been following what my dr said and there's not much difference between the 2 diet plans. I have faith in myself and i know i got this but wasnt thinking it was hoing to be rough. I can have fruits and veggies and 4 oz of meat at dinner time. My biggest issue i have had today is breakfast. I always eat eggs for breakfast, if i dont eat breakfast i get a major headache and feel like crap. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do. I dont want to feel this way for the next 14 days.

This is the 2-week all liquid pre-op diet my surgeon put me on: 3-5 Bariatric Advantage shakes and 72 ounces of water/clear liquids... if I could make it through that, anyone can!
