Stupid question

I know I have asked alot about gas n left shoulder pain. Well I just experienced a stiff heavy sensation in both shoulders. Anyone dealt with this? Does it pass? Is it normal?

    Don't forget you were laying flat on your back under full anesthesia....I was stiff and sore in more places than my shoulders.
