7th day Post-Op - BM's?

I had my first BM yesterday and I guess I fully expected to have one every day once that occurred. Or does it take awhile to stabilize since I'm currently on full liquid?

A lot of changes are taking place in your body......especially while on the liquid diet. Every aspect of your physical state will begin improving very soon at a nice rate.

You'll start to regain your pre-op energy shortly down the road.....and then your energy level will surpass prior levels.

I equate it to running on household flashlight batteries pre-op.....now at just shy of 3 months I feel like I have massive car battery in my chest.

Wonderful news! Just trying to make sure I'm the rule and not the exception ????. Actually feeling pretty good. The only thing that is bothering me is my belly is still pretty sore / swollen because they also did a severe hiatal hernia repair. Each day is a little better! Walking back up to two miles as of today!!!
