complication rny scar tissue

After couple of months after surgery 1/4/14 had stomach pain. I went to Dr after Dr to find out what was wrong. My third gastrointestinal Dr diagnosed me with cut nerves and scar tissue growing over them. Has any one have a similar problem? I'm in pain constantly. Can't be on my feet long or I hurt.I've gained weight now. I'm really mad at my decision and situation

I had rny 2/5/14. Couple of months later I had pain. They did every test they can figure out what's wrong. Saw 3 gastrointestinal drs. I started seeing pain specialist and am on pain needs. I found my diagnosis from 3rd dr. They put shots on in my stomach. One way to fix it is surgery but Dr doesn't want that. Scar tissue can come back.

Oh boy....I am early on post op but had a lot of scar tissue....so a gastro doctor was able to diagnose this...not the surgeon? Ugh?

What type of surgery would correct this?
