I am one day ahead of you - Jan. 4 for me. I have a slight case of the nerves myself. Hope all goes well!

Im post op day 9! I have moved to pureed/soft food stage ( thank God! ) the first couple days was an adjustment. Every time I sipped on my water or took my meds my stomach would spasm. Which hurt. The dr did prescribe something for that and it has since settled down considerably. The only other pain I had was the incisions. That was more of how I sat or trying to be comfortable in bed. I still have some trouble getting in my protein and water but its getting better! Boy who would have though that getting in thay stuff would be so hard!!! Literally I feel like I'm constantly having to think about it lol glad I'm off from work!!
