How are you feeling?

I feel terrible lol

Physically

I feel much better now...except I can't eat yogurt or my protein shakes. I haven't got much protein since the surgery.

What happens when you try?

Stomach cramps...nausea. I was on the verge of vomiting.

I'm using a protein shake that is made with water. It's called syntax necter. If the milk is the issue

No the milk is not the issue because I drink the same milk as a snack. I'm trying a different protein shake tomorrow that's tasteless. Hopefully everything works out.
