  11. I ate a pureed egg whites in the morning, and pureed tuna in the afternoon. I'd done this several times before and was fine. The dr days that is not uncommon for the pouch to deny foods that it may have already seemed to tolerate. Is this something that can happen, forever on? Or at some point in time will I be able to not worry about it any longer? I am one month post op.
  12. Made me wish I was dead. So painful and scary. I don't even want to eat anything. I'm afraid. I didn't eat anything that day that I haven't eaten before. At what point can I stop worrying about this?
  13. I wish I could say that I found lots but the truth is I didn't. I wasn't feeling very well but when I was i made different soups and strained the broth for myself. I got tired of chicken broth. So I used different herbs etc. Jello helped a lot. And popsicles made of crystal light. Sorry I can't help further. How are you feeling?
  14. Thank you for your support. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Happy new year

  19. I'm sorry for the delayed response. I'm learning the app. I'm using a protein shake that is made with water. It's called syntax necter. If the milk is the issue
