Bowel Movements

Help! Since surgery, I have been having bowel movements that were as large as they were before surgery. This worries me since I'm not eating anywhere near the amount of food I was before. I go every 3-4 days, which is normal for me even before surgery. But I shouldn't be going the same amount now as before, right! I'm worried about malnutrition!

Please explain what you mean. If you're getting adequate fiber, your body has something to form stool with. This is why your pattern hasn't changed. Getting fiber doesn't cause malnutrition.
