Hello my name is Maria, I'm having RYN gastric bypass on 12/31/15.

This is a great website full of great information and encouragement!

I'm currently taking protein shakes/protein bars(bariactric choice) and a light progresso soup for dinner. I'm over the missing eating some real food for now and feeling good about how I'm handling it all but I'm just ready to get it over with and begin this new chapter in my life!
