Headaches?

ok, before I had my surgery (12/4) I would take Excedrine Migraine at least 5 times a week for headaches. Since my surgery I have not had one single headache! v I am guessing that my problem must have been some food allergy that is gone since I cut everything out of my diet at this point. Trick now I guess is to make sure I write down every morsel that goes into my face so if I get a headache I can maybe find the problem food.

I am the same..an excedrine girl.Always headaches...I am suspecting...you were probably allergic to yeast and all the carbs...I went on a low carb diet once and my headaches disappeared .When I started back..,same migraines...also coffee and chocolate..,,

Good idea to use the reintroduction of different foods in the coming months to figure out any sensitivities.
