Holiday Party Dessert?

I have been invited to a small Holiday Party. Knowing I was recently sleeved, the hostess is serving soup as the main course. She asked me to bring a dessert that is sleeve friendly for me, but I would also want the others to enjoy it of course. I am in the puréed phase. Any suggestions?

sugar free pudding mousse? I just try to stay away from Desserts period for myself. maybe a sugar free pudding with sugar free cool whip pie? Good luck!

My mom used to make yogurt pie--graham cracker crust filled with a mixture of 2/3 yogurt and 1/3 cool whip. You could do that with Greek yogurt for the Protein and sugar free cool whip, or even real homemade whip cream with no sugar or fake sugar. Then just eat out the filling and leave the crust while others eat the crust.

I like to make it with Key lime yogurt and it's a mock key lime pie!

I just made cups of pudding. They are so awesome. Here's the recipe.

You could make a couple with the Protein and a couple regular.
