Ive always been addicted to sweets. When I get a craving I have been having either a spoon of RAW local honey or a couple ounces of sweet potatoes. Cakes, cookies and candy are no longer a part of my life.

Oh heavens no!! I love sweets too, but cakes, cookies, candy etc are no longer a part of my life either. I kissed those goodbye when I decided to start my pre op diet and be serious about my surgery and my new life. I meant snacks like protein snacks lol

Well if I'm craving something savory/ salty, I have pepperoni chips (just nuke for a minute or so) with maybe some hummus or cream cheese... Sweets I do some plain Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of sugar free pudding (powder form in butterscotch flavor)
