I'm a couple days post op and I feel like I'm getting more gassy each day. I'm using the Gas X strips and they seem to help temporarily. I'm up and moving around to help as well. Any suggestions??

You are doing the two things that I would recommend.

I think the walking is the real key.

I am having the same problem. I am almost 2 weeks post-op and I am getting out and walking but I am so gassy. I don't know what to do. I am only sleeping 2-3 a night and just can't get comfortable. I don't know what else to do. I have been doing the gas-x chewables and nothing.

The gas x strips worked well for me along with walking. I also found that slow, deep breathing helped to release it.
