My story

So I had surgery February 2013, since then I have lost 178lbs. For the past nine months been at a same weight. I got lazy and was eating to any carbs. But I am doing better. I really have to admit it was the best thing I have done for myself. But also the hardest. I am still learning, and I really hate that I can't eat much meat. Of course now that I am back on track this week I have lost 3 lbs. Feeling great. Not the end of my story just the beginning. Wish I knew about this place when I began my journey. I don't have much of a support system.
