Thank you txbariatricguy I appreciate the information I'll look into those books (: thank you rking I've read a lot of people take the premier protein shakes I'm still waiting on a date from surgeon on my first appointment. My pcp is closed till Monday. I'm trying to slowly get away from sweets and no more carbonated drinks. I'm not sure this is even an option for me with my insurance but I've been reading a lot and taking in a lot of great information (: hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving.

    Its been 1 year 2 months for me, i started at 230 down to 160 am 20 pounds from my goal the closer you get to your goal the harder it is.. I dont regret it at all i would do it again... i just wished i would of done this sooner...
