Hi Everyone!

I just got banded on 7/17/07 and am still in my recovery stage. I'm so glad I found this site so I can find answers to all my questions! I must admit I was feeling pretty low yesterday as I started to wonder what the rest of my life would be like, however, all the posts I've been reading are very positive and they give me hope for a happy lap-band life!

I live in Las Vegas as well! Who did your surgery? How did it go? Maybe we'll run into each other at support groups or something!

Hi Jen!

I had Dr. Soong for my surgeon as well! I felt very comfortable with him and found him to be a great doctor!

So far so good... I feel better every day!
