Hi everyone

I'm new to this, my start weight was 234 and now 2 weeks out at 220 and I'm pretty nervous now, a little to late. But I'm feeling really emotional but I don't know if this normal and I'm trying to hide it from everyone too.

it is completely normal to be anxious before, during, and after surgery. It's an enormous change we go through, both internally and externally. Our entire lives change. I'd be worried if you weren't at least a little nervous. Just take a deep breath, research EVERYTHING, follow your plan, and talk to people when you need to. Don't be afraid to ask questions and reach out for help. This time is all about you, and getting yourself healthy. Feel free to friend or message me whenever. :)
