Hi I'm new to the group but my surgery is next month and I'm looking for a good protein shake that is high in protein.

There are thousands. You can try doing a search on the site. Newbies ask this question at least once a week. Here's a list of what my program provided me with. The rest is trial and error depending on your tastebuds and pocket book.

Universal Nutrition's whey Protein is great.....low carb and tastes great.

Chike Nutrition is great, too.

I am currently on my Pre-Op liquid diet for my Sleeve surgery next Friday. With that said, I purchased a lot of different unjury and Syntrax nectar Protein powders and Premier Protein shakes to see what I liked best. So far, I have actually liked all of the following:

• Unjury chocolate Splendor
• Unjury chicken Soup
• Premier Chocolate shake
• Syntrax Nectar Crystal Sky
• Syntrax Nectar Double Stuffed Cookie
• Syntrax Nectar Naturals Fruit Punch

I really like Syntrax Fuzzy Navel, I'm shocked that this mixture blends thoroughly in water with just a spoon & has no clumps. Its sort of like Tang orange drink. I like it in the morning. Unjury chocolate mix is delicious blended with unsweetened almond milk.

I use Premier protein shakes. I also have Unjury chicken soup flavored.

I have also now tried the Unjury strawberry and it is my LEAST favorite by far. Won't be buying it again.
