I'm in my 6 months waiting period trying to desperately to not gain a single ounce but to lose what I can. In the last month I've only lost 2 pounds and this morning the day of my weigh in with my PCP for my 2nd time the scale says "back to my original weight"!!!!! I count calories I am conscience of what foods I put into my body! I'm so hard on me but isn't that why I'm having surgery anyway?
