Pureed foods struggle.

My diet was advanced to purees 2 weeks post off (first 2 weeks were liquids).

I have been on purees for awhile now and still have until December 4 before they will advance my diet anymore.

Where can I find recipe ideas? I am so sick of Soups (which always end up cold i eat so slowly) and smoothies. I have been eating cottage cheese, ricotta cheese/spaghetti sauce and refried beans/salsa purees with unflavored Protein powder.

I am finding my mind wandering to other foods because I am so sick of the same foods every single day.

Ideas or other threads with recipes? TIA

Also have had pureed canned chicken/mayo and tonight tried hummus but that made me sooo sick :(

Get a usb coffee warmer. It will change your life. I pretty much did Soup, broth, ricotta, hummus and yogurt for those 2 weeks.

Tried refried Beans. Wasn't a fan. Odd because I love beans.

Tonight I had puréed califlower. It was pretty good. I made an egg salad purée the other day with hard boiled eggs. Otherwise same stuff as you.

The little baby bell cheeses are allowed on that stage and were really good for me when I was on that stage.

I'll jump all over canned tuna but canned chicken isn't something I can go near.

How are you with Greek yogurt ? There are so many flavors of that on the market that it'd offer lots of variety.

What if you buy a yeti cup for your soup? It's supposed to hold temperature for hours! 6-8 hours I think. It's on my list to buy before surgery.
