I had my revision done on September 4th. I have lost 35 pounds as of today.
I can eat about 3/4 of a cup of food at a time, however I am sure I could eat more. I eat Protein first then vegetables. I do not eat bread, Cookies or anything like that. If I have a snack it usually is veggies.
I have gone from dormant to about 15 minutes on the bike....I know isn't much but I am working on it.
I rarely eat more than 600 calories a day. I keep a diary on my iphone of everything I eat and drink and also my steps and exercise. I am having a hard time getting my protein above 50 with drinking a Protein Drink.

Your help would be appreciated.
Thanks
