Flavored Water

I'm pre op and have been trying out Vitamin Water Zero, Power Ade Zero and some of the other flavored waters. I have an Infuser water bottle that I use with oranges or lemons and plain water now and I'm wondering if anyone has tried that after surgery?

Yes! Locally I was able to buy something called MetroMint water and it was AMAZING...but expensive. I now use fresh mint in my infuser water bottle and not only is it refreshing, but the mint also helps settle my tummy when it gets a little gurgly or upset!

Try mint and cucumber. I like that in the summer . It's very refreshing.

I used to use an infuser bottle shortly after surgery. The only thing I drink is Water so I though flavored water would help me get it all down.

I found post surgery even water had a funky taste to it depending on the water I was drinking. For me filtered waters like Dasani taste dusty to me.

Smart water which used to be my favorite also has a funky taste.

Spring water tastes delicious all by itself or with some fruit in it. I am not a fan of all the SF water drops you can buy so I either drink plain or use lemon, limes, cucumber, strawberries, peaches or mint in it.

Most of the time plain old water is perfect for me.

Great ideas! I just ordered an infuser Water bottle so I can try some of these!

I prefer Fiji if I buy bottled water, however I find using the Pur water filter and boiling works best for me. I have an infuser water pitcher I keep in the fridge.

I don't think I would ever make my Water goal if it wasn't for flavored water.

I like to get frozen strawberries and toss those in my water bottle They help keep the water cold for a while then when the water is done I eat the berries

i reeeeeeeeaaallly like making a bag of good earth caffeine free sweet and spicy tea, steeped in about a 1/2 cup of boiling Water, and pouring it in my water bottle full of ice. Doesn't need sweetener and tastes like the iced tea version of big red gum. amazing!
