I need advice!

I'm currently finishing up 6months weight ins almost done with psych evaluation. I have (medical) blue Cross/Blue Shield in California Los Angeles. November last weight In, I'm going to the USC bariatric program .... Has anyone been through this program and how long did it take to get approved.... So nervous been at this journey since March....Any Advice is Welcome!!!! Thanks

If you have Medi-Cal in Los Angeles County, it would be from Blue Cross, as Blue Shield doesn't offer Medi-Cal plans. Once your packet is submitted to your health plan, provided all necessary information is included, the plan has five business days to make a decision. In the event more time is necessary in order to obtain additional information, that timeframe can be extended up to 14 days.
