Protein levels low ????

Met with endocrinologist last week and I posted about my vitamin levels being pretty good so far but my protein levels are low. Not dangerously low, but she was concerned. I was flabbergasted because I get at least 80 gms in a day. She asked how many carbs I was eating Per day and I get under 25 gms per day. She said I need to do 75 gms per day or my weight loss will slow down because I don't eat enough carbs for my body to burn fat.

It is hard to get all my protein in and fluid and now to try and get 75 grams of carbs ?? How am I gonna manage this ? ????anyone else have similar issue ?
