Pre-op yogurt

Which brand of yogurt did you have if any during the pre op 2 weeks. I'm allowed one a day. This is day 6 for me and I had a yogurt for the first time yesterday. And I started to feel hungry which I haven't all week and later when I came home I got a headache. I can't remember the name because it was odd. You can get it at whole foods. It wa a nonfat 5oz yogurt,100 cal, 0.5g of fat, 5grams of fiber and 14 g of protein and 13g of carbs. How bad was this?

The carbs seems kinda high.

I didn't have any that last 6 weeks, but I did leading up to that point.

Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt is the ticket. Every flavor of it is excellent. High Protein content, too. Excellent product.

Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Toasted Coconut - 80 cal & 12g protein and tastes great!
