Nutrition Counseling

I am trying to decide how to proceed, while I wait for my initial 1st visit with the surgeon. Should I start nutritional counseling and also should I start to loose weight as I think I will need to loose

up to 20lbs

    If you haven't started your program yet I would hold off. Depending on your personal situation, starting BMI, and insurance, you may need a higher starting weight.
