What multi vitamin do you take?

I was wondering what multi vitamin everyone on here takes? I am doing a chewable Flinstone with iron twice a day per my NUT... But I might call & see now that I am 3 months out post op what else I can take. I just feel like they are not "adult" enough lol if that makes sense?

  • I take geritol vitamins now!! And EVERY SINGLE TIME I take them I sing George Jones all the way to the cabinet. Cue husbands eye roll...

  • HAHAHAHA is that a brand!?

  • Yes, I buy it at Walmart and it never make me sick, even on a empty stomach. Some vitamins make me deathly ill.

Awesome thank you!!

My NUT said flintstone doesn't have enough of what bariatric patients need. She recommended vitamins made specifically for bariatric patients. I tried bariatric advantage and hated it. Barinelts are good. For regular vitamins she said centrum chewable, and just double the dose.

Bariatric Fusion. Has everything all in one. 4 a day. 2 in the morning. 2 at night. Lots of different flavors. Taste pretty good!

Thank you everyone I appreciate it ????

I do men's one a day and I'm alright with just that as for Vitamins. Iron I take bariatric iron chewables from twin labs. Not the best tasting thing in the world, but low blood iron is an issue I have yet to suffer from post surgery.

I take Centrum Chewables twice daily. They taste nice and my bloods are perfect. I did try the capsules but they made me throw up, so went back to the chewables and have been fine since.
