Hip Pain

Hi All! I had my surgery one month ago and have happily gotten rid of 53 pounds. However, the hip pain I'm experiencing now is unbearable. I'm sure that it is muscular and hoping not skeletal. I really don't want to start eating pain killers like candy...HELP! Is anyone else having this problem?

You would probably benefit from physical therapy to strengthen and stretch your hips. Ice for inflammation. You could see an orthopedic doctor to have X-rays and an evaluation.
