9 months post-op. depression?

Hi!

I had my op. already 9 months ago and have lost a lot of weight (42kg)

but as I always have been depressive person ..even now, after losing the weight I don't feel happy or imprest with my achievement.

I mean.. at first I was really trilled that I finally can by nice clothes n stuff, but at the end it has not changed who I am and what I think about myself... :/

The main problem now is that I eat way tooooo much. And afterwards I feel so bad about myself.. (at first 100grams - now about 300grams or more)

I know that this is problem that I should solve with pychoterapy or smthn, but right now I can't aford it ...and I tought - best thing to do is just ask for some advice from others that have had same kind of surgery and maybe at some point felt the same as I do.

Also Im stucked on one weight and I cant lose some more. I do a lot of sport, but that does not help. Still need to lose some 15kg.

I would be happy for any kind of advices!

ps. Sorry for my English, Im not a native speaker.

After the "Weight Loss" stage you pass into the "Maintenance" stage. In this stage, the goals and rules change slightly. I have put together a short article on the second stage that may be of some help. It is available here http://www.breadandbutterscience.com/Surgery2.pdf

Also I may revise this webpage in the next few weeks that will even give some more ideas. So you might check back on the link.
