I hate chewable vitamins!

It's been only two weeks after surgery and I totally HATE those chewable multivitamins. I take bariatric fusion so at least I just have to take on tablet four times a day. But seriously, why can I take regular vitamins? Is it because the stomach is now too small and it won't fit?

I look forward to my gummies everyday, it's like a treat. I have to avoid Vitamins with Iron as I have a condition that makes my body retain too much iron.

I too hate all chewable vitamins. I did liquid adult Centrum for the 6 weeks after surgery. Just supplemented iron and calcium. After that I could do capsules.

I'm scheduled for surgery on Monday Oct 19. I spoke to my NUT today about vitamins. She explained that your body need certain vitamins. She approved me taking Centrum adult chewable (no gummies). That's a little chalky but edible.
