Hello

Looking for advice and any tips anyone is willing to give. I'm post op 10/7/15 and would appreciate any tips or advice or even a friend going thru this journey themselves.

  • I'm 12 days post op and had my first weigh in since surgery on Saturday 10/17 (10 days post op) and I'm down 14lbs. I wasn't happy at first but I realize that I need to learn to appreciate any weight

The best advice I can give is to follow your surgeon's program, make sure you get in all of your protein and fluids everyday, and walk.

  • @@thisfathasgot2go I guess being happy with any weight loss is where my head should be. Great job on the 40lbs. Keep it up. Sent from my SM-N915P using Tapatalk

I track but not on myfitnesspal I would love exercise tips though! I usually use the treadmill at the gym at an incline fast walking. I've tried a few different machines to work my legs but that's it
