Are you taking a PPI for your acid? And what are you eating? Are you making sure you're always eating protein first and then veggies if you have room? Are you staying away from bread, crackers, sugar

Hi everyone, I'm new to this group and so glad I found you all. I was recently sleeved on Aug.31, 2015 and let's just say I thought I was alone. I don't' know why I still feel hungry within maybe 15 mins after eating something, or having a protein shake. I thought having the surgery would always make me feel super full to the max, and that maybe I'd have to remind myself to eat. I've only lost 11lbs since surgery, I could stand to work out more ( I just started back) but I just wanted to know if anyone else felt like me. I know a lot of this are just habits that need to be broken, like eating when bored, but I really feel hunger pangs! its so weird, I'm scared that if I'm eating too much my sleeve wont work ughhhh,.....I don't know you guys....really feeling regretful, and discouraged....please help!
