Good luck with your liquid diet. I am day 5 of mine. Starting to have some head hunger, but I don't feel one bit hungry. I think I got lucky and I am only doing a one week liquid diet. The last two days is Isopure only, so we'll see how that goes. Stay strong!

Good for you! You are on your way to a healthier life! Stay busy, clean house and get ready so you can rest and recuperate after. Get your post-op meal plan in place. It will be here before you know it!! Good luck!!!

What are your liquid diet foods? I was glad to hear that mine includes creamed soups and yogurt. Interested to see what others are allowed.
