Exercising after having the sleeve

Hello!! I'm one week post-op and disabled. What i wanted to ask everyone is how much, if any, exercise did you have to do to aid in your weight loss. Or if you didn't exercise did it majorly affect your weight loss? Thanks!

Just walk during the first month. Your stomach incisions need that much time to heal and get really strong. After that I hit the gym. Started light, went up 10% per week until I got sore, then stayed their for a week and continued onward and upward.

Month three started C25K program

Month four started hot yoga

Month 5+ Climbed a 14,000 foot mountain, tried fencing, did my first 5K...yeah the sky is the limit. ;-)
