Tea Ok to Drink? looking for mentors/Buddies

Hey everyone!just looking for a mentor/buddy to have while i begin this surgery my date for the gastric sleeve is on november 5th ... super nervouse and excited ........ any tips or advice? ... any one with ways or even drinks or purees they used when post or pre surgery?..... are Teas ok to drink?

To answer your question about tea. It really depends on the program provided by your NUT and surgeon.

I am allowed decaf tea and herbal infusions (what people commonly call herb "tea"). I am also allowed up to one cup of tea (with caffeine) a day.
