Sinus infection 3 weeks post op

So yay for me lol. I got a sinus infection and I'm 3 weeks post op today. I can drink water and feel fine but when I try to drink my shakes I feel very nauseous and can't drink much. It's only been yesterday and today but I know I'm not getting my protein in. I'm trying but I can't just yet. I'm supposed to get 3 a day and can barely finish one and nothing the rest of the day. I know it won't last long but it's driving me nuts because I know I need to get it all down. I feel drained today and feel a nap will probably make me feel a bit better so I will try more shake later. Anyone have this issue? Any suggestions would be great.

  • Sorry you are not feeling well. How about making homemade chicken soup or miso soup. High in protein. I hope you feel better soon
