Dr. Has me doing the 90 restricted phase instead of 6 months. Just had my 2nd visit with NUT today (1st follow up since initial consult) and I am excited that I lost 15 lbs on my own so far. They have me goal of 30 lbs so knowing I am 1/2 way there and still have 1 more NUT visit before they submit to insurance gives me hope that I'll meet the 30 lb goal. Just wanted to share, anyone else out there in the 90 day restricted phase??

Healing is a journey. It takes time, so take it slow and try not to push yourself.
