Horrible headache and hungry

I am two days post op with the gastric sleeve. I've had a headache for two days and I'm feeling extremely hungry. I saw that the hormone causing the hunger was supposed to subside for a few months, and why is my head killing me? Help!

    Yes I stopped the oxy because the other pain is better than the headache and I need to increase my fluid ...working on that today. Thanks!
