quickest approval

I have BCBS of Ky thru my husband employer AK Steel. My Dr office filed this morning with INS for final approval and by 10:30 I had a call from my Drs office. That's quick! Pre op appt next Thursday

I just got my approval today too! The surgeon's office said they were sending my info to BCBS last week, but sent it the day of my surgeon's visit on 9/8. I got a letter the wed after needing more info, I faxed that on 9/18 and approved this morning.

Have my surgery October 28th, but been on liquid diet since the 2nd
