sorry but I got a stupid question

:ranger: I've read a few post and i wanted to know. how do you get a tracker. I'm still a pre-bander (hopelessly waiting for a date.) But i'm already losing on my pre-liquid diet and would like to share my progress. (in case anyone cared.) Please help me add a weight tracker.:help:
