Alrighty ya'll got my date - October 6! I'm excited and just trying to make sure I loose my 16lbs before surgery. I start my "pre-op" diet on the 22nd and I've been drinking Premier Protein ready made shakes because I actually enjoy the taste, but lets be honest they are a bit pricey. Like $8 for a pack of 4. No bueno!
So, what all kind of protein is everyone buying and have they found a source online that is affordable? I know everyone says their tastes change after surgery i'm probably just going to buy 2 different kinds for now, a flavored one and an unflavored one. But I need advice on what to buy and where to get it.
