Mentally hungry

I am 3 days out from surgery and home now. My body is healing and I'm not physically hungry...but being home with the familiar kitchen and tv ads blazing food all over, I find myself wishing for food...I'm not going to act on it...my soreness is a great reminder, but I realize I have a lot of work ahead of me mentally.

I will be 4 weeks out this coming Monday. I am experiencing the same issues.

Get the book I promise it helps

Had surgery Thursday and this gas is a killer. I'm worried about not getting enough fluids because I don't want nothing because of the gas. I literally have to force myself.
