Mine took a whole month and there were no denials or appeals. I didn't get my approval until 2 days before surgery. A real nailbiter.

    Yes i got it the call a week later. But when i got my letter in the mail. They sent it on dec. 28 got approve on the 29. lol surgery feb 16
