NAUSEA AFTER EATING

I am on pureed now and seems always feel awful after eating a small 3oz pureed something. Lasts like 30 mins....anyone else?

Try eating less and eating more slowly. 3 ounces is a lot, too much for many people on puree. Try maybe 1.5 ounces and eating very slowly and see if that helps. Good luck!

I agree maybe too much but I am not feeling "full" till its too late it seems..... I am gonna try to go slower. Thanks for any and all input....

I have this problem too. Still trying to teach myself to slow down and chew....

Im 4 week post surgery and there are days when \i am nauseous all day either because the food didnt agree with me or because I eat too fast. So yes you can still have nausea further down the road...

Gabbisha, when did you have your surgery? I had mine on the 8th and have the same issues. No matter how slow or small the portion size is.
