Exercise victory!

Today was the first day, since before surgery 70 days ago, that I walked a little route in my neighborhood. I have been working out daily in the pool. Anyway, there is a moderate sized hill that prior to surgery and almost 50 pounds heavier, I would need to stop two or three times to catch my breath. Today, I made it the whole way with out stopping!!!! And my heart rate was in the perfect range! I was so excited. Woohoo!!
