feeling different/5 weeks out

I was just wondering, since I have reached about 5 weeks out now, surgery 8/3, I get nauseous in the AM, cannot finish my AM Protein shake, which I never had an issue with before, and have been feeling more sore in the right side of stomach. I feel like I was fortunate and really sailed through the first 4 1/2 weeks. Minimal pain, minimal gas, tolerating all foods, I am allowed, and now feeling different. Anyone else experience this at any stage. i did eat meat for the first time 3 days ago, but it kind of started a day or so before that. Last night had salmon, and some miso Soup, no problems. Thanks for any advice or similarites. I do see doc tomorrow.
