I finished all my pre op requirements & went to sign my surgery release papers when I was told that insurance denied my claim, I was 11 days out.

I am now in the appeals stage wondering if anybody had such an issues & how was it resolved.

I am with independence blue cross of Pa and have personal choice platinum.

Sometimes they will deny if dr office doesn't send all required info find out why it was denied call the insurance company and ask u should get a letter if it's approved or denied it may say in the letter sometimes they just need more info good luck
