Smoothies

Hi, all. I am just over one week with my band and I have lost 15 pounds. I am a little concerned that the loss might be too much for just over a week and I am always hungry with liquids (water, green tea, broth, jello, etc). I have started eating yogurt and smoothies. Does anyone know if this is too early for these? I don't see my doctor till 7/11.:hungry:

Every doctor is different. My doctor required liquids and a protein shake for the first week, moving on to yogurt, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat the 2nd week (but only 2 tbsp worth.) I would take it really slow until you get the ok from the doc.
